Olissippo Oceanos Hotel at Parque das Nações in Lisbon

Building with about 41 000m2 along two towers of 13 and 14 levels, connected at the top. The building will function as a 5 stars hotel in Parque das Nações at Lot 2.20.02. The chosen structural solution was a mix of steel and reinforced concrete with ponctual prestress. It is also to note the set of balconies laterally to the towers, with 16 meters spans. Buried area executed with anchored retaining walls.
